I am ashamed of the background. Very, very ashamed because I know I can do way better than that.
This is my entry for  's Petit Colour Contest. I wanted to colour something but didn't want to clean up my own drawings to do so. Plus I was planning to enter this contest so...I started around 9:30 and just finished a few minutes ago. So that would be about 4 hours working on this. Coloured in Open Canvas 3.03E Plus... trial. I love OC more than Photoshop Elements CG wise but that trial prevents me from saving anything. I was going for a black and white outfit but it came out as dark blue and white... perhaps this is better. Oh noes... I forgot to add the shadows the ribbons would cause. Lineart [c] Tiffaco .
